I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. However, service left much to be desired, especially regarding room maintenance, which detracted from the luxurious feel I expected. Overall, it was comfortable, but some improvements are definitely needed.

The rooms were spacious but showed signs of wear and tear. One of our bathrooms was out of order for several days, and I found the amenities lacking; I had to walk to the room to wash up because the handwashing station was missing. This was inconvenient, especially during meals.

The service overall was not ideal. I had to repeatedly ask for maintenance attention, and the staff’s communication was lacking. On a positive note, some team members were attentive and friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The hotel is in a great location, nestled in a peaceful area with lush walkways and close proximity to the beach. It gave a sense of security with its gated access, making it feel very private, which I appreciated.

I absolutely loved the dining options, with each meal being an exquisite experience. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation, right by the beach.
